An on-going training program focuses on ensuring their successes. We are currently growing our Richmond Hill operations and are looking to augment our existing recovery team.</p><p>Full Time- Permanent - ONSITE<br /><strong>Schedule:</strong><br />Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:30AM- 5:00PM<br />Tuesday: 8:30AM- 7:30PM<br />Friday: 8:30AM - 4:00PM<br />Plus, one Mandatory Saturday shift per month: 8:30AM- 12:00PM<br />Salary: <strong>Competitive salary and health benefits plus commission and bonuses.</strong></p><p><strong>Senior Collection Specialist</strong></p><p>Financial Debt Recovery Ltd. is seeking highly experienced Senior Collection Specialists to join our dynamic team specializing in 3rd Party collections. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in effectively managing accounts receivable, negotiating payment arrangements and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.</p><p>Ideal candidates will use their experience to be the driving force behind our intermediate and junior collection staff, while meeting monthly deliverable targets.</p><p><em>Responsibilities</em></p><ul><li>Initiating outbound calls, receiving inbound calls from consumers</li><li>Create and maintain working relationships with debtors to ensure success</li><li>Understand scenarios involving debtors' lack of ability and/or intent</li><li>Develop and implement solutions to cure accounts in an efficient and time-sensitive manner</li><li>Meet call volume and duration goals each day</li><li>Keep track of progress toward targets</li><li>Skip tracing will be required</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills</li></ul><p><em>Qualifications</em></p><ul><li>3+ years' collections experience; 1st or 3rd party, retail or purchase paper</li><li>High energy, a positive attitude, be a team player and motivated by money</li><li>Sound judgment and decision-making skills</li><li>Able to achieve results based on individual and team goals</li><li>Must be willing to receive positive critique in order to enhance personal growth and performance</li><li>OSSD or equivalent</li><li>Motivated, self-starter mentality</li><li>Negotiation/sales skills required</li><li>Knowledge of CUBS or DRS systems are an asset</li><li>Bilingual is an asset</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits & Perks</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary, paid training, and a bonus and commission structure</li><li>Incentives and monthly contests: prizes, trips, rewards, employee appreciation and bonuses</li><li>Staff BBQ and Company Events</li><li>Free on-site parking</li><li>Group Benefits (health, life, dental insurance plan)</li><li>Paid time off.</li><li>Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities</li><li>Competitive salary with career advancement opportunities</li><li>Comprehensive health benefits, including Life and LTD insurance</li><li>Strong team culture</li><li>Management grooming</li></ul><p><strong>Seize the opportunity to advance your career in financial services!</strong></p><p><strong>Come join our team!</strong></p><p><em>NOTE: The Financial Debt Recovery is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
